我国目前正处于“黄金发展期”与“矛盾凸显期”两期并存的特殊阶段，当前社会中最不和谐的因素就是贫富差距的扩大。改革开放以来，我国的基尼系数迅速增长并超过了国际警戒线的标准。中国贫富差距的扩大，有其经济发展的必然性，然而更多的还是机会不均等以及权力分配不均等重大政策和制度缺陷造成的。日益扩大的贫富差距会引发一系列社会问题，不利于和谐社会的构建和发展。因此，构建社会主义和谐社会就是要最大限度的增加和谐因素，减少不和谐因素，努力缩小收入差距，注重社会正义与公平。

Abstract
China is currently in a "golden development period" and "prominent contradictions" co-existence of two special stage, the current society, the most discordant factor is the gap between rich and poor widened.Since the reform and opening up,China’s Gini coefficient increased rapidly and exceeded the standards of the international warning line.The widening gap between rich and poor in China, there is the inevitability of its economic development, but more or inequality of opportunity as well as the unequal distribution of power and other major policy and institutional deficiencies. The growing gap between rich and poor lead to a range of social issues, is not conducive to building a harmonious society and development. Therefore, in building a socialist harmonious society is to maximize the increase factors of harmony and reduce disharmonious factors to narrow the income gap, focusing on social justice and equity.
