近年来随着我国工业化，城镇化的发展的快速发展，城市对农民工的需求量越来越大农民工已日益成为一个不容忽视的巨大规模的特殊社会群体。农民工为城乡社会经济发展做出了巨大的贡献，但是农民工处于城市和农村医疗保障制度的边缘地带，不能和城市居民享受一样的经济发展成果，医疗保障处于缺失状态。这严重影响我国社会公平和社会公正，不利于和谐社会的构建。建立和完善农民工医疗保障体系具有重大的现实意义，需要相关部门的不断改进。文章通过对当前农民工健康状况、医疗保障的现状入手，分析农民工医疗保障制度存在的原因，在此基础上根据我国的国情提出一系列解决农民工医疗保障制度的建议及对策，最终实现全社会和谐医保。

In recent years, as China's industrialization and urbanization, the development of rapid development, urban demand for migrant workers more and more migrant workers have increasingly become a massive scale can not be ignored the special social groups. For the urban and rural socio-economic development of migrant workers has made a great contribution, but the migrant workers in urban and rural medical security system, the fringe of urban residents can not enjoy the same fruits of economic development, lack of health insurance in the state. This seriously affects the fairness and social justice in our society is not conducive to building a harmonious society. Migrant workers to establish and improve the health care system is of great practical significance, the relevant departments need to improve.
