随着时代的进步与发展，数码相机已经成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的一件产品，随之而来的就是大量的数码照片。如何在计算机中合理高效地管理这些数码照片成为一个让人们头疼的问题。本文采用以java语言、Java开发平台、HTML语言、Access数据库为核心技术来实现个人计算机中的图片管理软件，包括添加照片、对照片进行分类、浏览照片、查找照片和删除照片等功能，方便用户快速高效地管理自己的图片。程序经过基本调试之后能达到系统的主要功能要求。

ABSTRACT
As progress and development with times, digital cameras have become an indispensable product in people’s daily life, and then a lot of digital photographs follow. How to manage those digital pictures reasonably and efficiently in computer becomes a headache problem.
This thesis realized photo management software for personal computers based on the core technology of java programming language, Java development platform, HTML language, and the Access database. This photo management software includes the functions as adding photos, classifying photos, browsing photos, searching photos and deleting photos. It can help users manage their own photos rapidly and with high efficiency. After basic debugging, the software can achieve the main function requirements.
