【内容摘要】

本设计主体为5层底商住宅,总建筑面积约14200平方米。底部层高4.2米,标准层高2.9米。主体采用框架结构体系,填充墙采用空心陶粒砌块,基础采用桩基础。在设计上,根据房屋的使用功能及建筑设计的要求,主要考虑了防火疏散要求和抗震要求,进行了建筑平面,立面及剖面设计,并且绘制了框架梁柱、板和基础配筋图及平面结构布置图。在选型布置上,采用简单的矩形并对称布置增强结构的抗震性能。在结构计算上,主要进行了水平荷载和竖向荷载计算,主要采用了迭代法和弯矩二次分配法。水平荷载主要计算了风荷载和地震荷载。然后,对梁柱进行了内力组合和配筋计算。现浇板分了单向板和双向板进行计算。最后是桩基础的配筋计算。

Abstract
The main body of this design is a 5-story Residential building, and the total floor area is about 14200 square meters.The height of ground floor is 4.2meters,and the height of standard floor is 2.9 meters.The main body uses the portal frame construction system,the packing wall uses the hollow clay block,and the foundation uses the pile foundation.
According to the house use function and architectural design request and mainly considering the fire resistance and dispersal request, the construction plane, the facade and the profile section plane design have been carried on.In addition,the matched chart and the planar structuregeneral arrangement have been drew up. This construction structural style is reasonable and clear,and the function of district is quite clear .It uses the rectangle and symmetrical style which is in favor of the resistance of earthquake.
It is mainly adout horizon and vertical calculating,and mainly uses the base-shear method and the method of secondary moment allocation.The horizon load consist of load of  the wind and earthquake.Then, the internal force assemble is carried on.After that,the reinforcing steel bar of beam and column is calculate.The cast-in-place slab consist of single way slab and two-way slab.At last is calculating about pile foundation.
