威海地区作为山东省的一个重要进出口城市，其进出口贸易的迅速发展促使了威海地区货运代理企业（以下简称“货代企业”）的迅速发展。在网络技术和运输方式不断进步的前提下，威海货代企业已经成为威海地区进出口贸易环节中一个不可或缺的组成部分。自对外开放以来，越来越多的实力雄厚的大型跨国货代企业进入中国市场，使国内货代企业竞争加剧。而威海地区兴起的大多是中小货代企业，在激烈的竞争环境下它们的弊端日益显露。本文将就威海货代企业发展模式进行探讨，总结它们的发展状况，分析它们存在的问题，以此为基础寻找解决策略，以促进威海地区中小货代企业的竞争力的提升和进一步发展。

ABSTRACT
Weihai is an important city of import and export in Shandong Province. Because of import and export trade and the rapid development of weihai, the freight forwards cooperation (referred to as "freight enterprise") have developed rapidly. With Network technology and the mode of transportation unceasing progress; freight forwards enterprises of weihai have become an indispensable part of import and export trade. Since opening, large multinational companies enter the Chinese market, the competition of freight forwarding enterprise is more and more fierce at home. But in weihai there are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises. Facing incentive environment of the competition, the drawbacks of freight forwards cooperation become obvious. This paper will discuss the development situation of freight enterprise, analyze the existing problems, based on these finding solutions, and to promote competitiveness of the freight enterprise and make these firms further development.
