随着制造业企业规模的扩大，企业联盟的发展，对企业管理信息系统的需求越来越大。当前，我国的制造企业大都处于组装和制造环节，投入巨大却产出不高，管理基础薄弱、管理次序混乱、管理机制僵化。企业存在盲目采购现象,库存积压过大、资金占用过多的现象十分普遍；财务预算不严谨，财务报告不准确，成本管理方法不科学，难以科学地分析和控制企业的生产经营管理水平和经济效益；业务流程不顺畅，工作效率低下；各种信息不准确，缺乏集成，企业决策及日常工作缺乏科学的依据。因此，我国制造业在现代化管理方面与欧美制造强国相比还存在很大的差距。在我国制造企业中引入MRPⅡ系统可以有效的减少和发达国家制造业存在的差距，以信息化技术带动制造业的升级，提高生产效率和产品质量的一致性。引入ERP系统改造和提升传统制造业，可以在一定程度上帮助我国实现从制造大国到制造强国的跨越，实现中国制造业的新发展。

Enterprise existence blind purchasing phenomenon, inventory of excessive, capital takes up too much; phenomena are very common The financial budget not rigorous, financial report inaccurate, cost management method is not science, difficult to scientific analysis and control the production and operation of enterprises management level and economic benefit; Business process not smooth, the working efficiency is low; All kinds of information is inaccurate, lack of integration, the enterprise decision-making and daily work lacks scientific basis. Therefore, China manufacturing industry in modern management compared with Europe and manufacturing power still exist in the very big disparity. In Chinese manufacturing enterprise Ⅱ introducing MRP system can effectively reduce and developed countries, with the gap existing manufacturing informationization drive manufacturing, improve the production efficiency and upgrade the consistency of the quality of products. Introducing ERP system transform and upgrade traditional manufacturing industry, can to a certain extent help China realize from the manufacturer to manufacturing power of China's manufacturing industry, realize across new development.
