近年来，随着素质教育的一步步推广，普通中学音乐教育在教育界越来越受到重视。音乐教育对中学生教育有着特殊的作用，尤其是在美育方面。学术界关于探讨中学音乐教育美育方面作用的文章很多。中学音乐教育的对象是中学生，而中学生又在大众流行文化中扮演了一个十分重要的角色，是流行音乐的生力军。然而，中学音乐课堂学习的是古典与民族音乐,而中学生在社会上接触到却是铺天盖地的流行音乐。学校里学的和社会上所感受到的并不一致，使相当一部分中学生厌恶中学音乐课，这一现象不得不引起广大音乐教育者的重视。流行音乐对中学生的影响是多方面的，本文介绍了流行音乐在国外国内的发展，分析了其在中学生中广泛传播的原因，从正反两个方面深入分析了流行音乐对中学生的影响，在此基础上提出了相应的对策及建议。

Abstract：In recent years, with the step by step popularizing of quality-oriented education, the music education of general middle school is being paid more and more attention by the education circle. Music education has special influences on middle school students’ education, especially in aesthetic education.There are too many articles about the function of music education. The object of music education of the middle school is the middle school students and they have played a very important role in popular culture and they are a strength power of the pop music. But while the pop music covers everywhere in the society ,they are learning classical and national music in the music class of the middle school.What they learned is inconsistent with that the have experienced in the society,this making quite a few of middle school students detest music lesson of the middle school, this phenomenon must attracts the attention of vast music educator.
Pop music influences the middle school students on many aspects. This paper introduces the development of Pop music,analyses the reasons of it’s popular and it’s influences from positive and negative aspects and lists some measures should be taken based on the analysis.
