街道档案工作是街道党委、办事处工作的组成部分，是记录街道发展变化的一项重要工作，也是提高街道工作效率和工作质量的一项重要基础性工作。做好街道档案工作，对服务街道管理工作，促进街道三个文明建设，建设和谐社区具有重要意义。本文在对湖州市吴兴区五个街道的档案管理工作的现状做了充分调查了解的基础上，分析了这五个街道档案工作中普遍存在的问题，提出了加大宣传，完善制度，加大投入，注重培训，提高服务等多方面的对策和建议。

[Abstract] Community file is a component of the Party and offices in Communities，recording the development and change of the community and also improving work efficiency and quality of the community. It is of great significance for community management services，the Three Civilizations construction and building a harmonious community. In this paper, on the basis of a full investigation of the file management in five communities in Wuxing District of Huzhou City ，we have analyzed the common problems in the archives and have proposed to increase publicity ,improve the system, increase investment, focus on training, improve service and other aspects of the countermeasures and suggestions.
