在社会信息化日益发展的今天，信息技术、网络技术、通信技术以及多媒体技术已经渗透到各个领域中。本文根据在线注册系统的应用原理、运用计算机多媒体与网络编程技术，讨论并实现了一个基于B/S的远程实时在线注册系统。该系统是以WEB 作为通信平台，WEB 技术以HTTP 技术为基础，相对于传统的客户/服务器(C/S)模式，它具有用户界面一致、软件的安装、维护和升级容易，可扩展性良好等优点。在线注册系统的开发主要包括——WEB服务器端程序设计和客户端WEB设计以及Apache服务器上的部署。在开发过程中，首先在短时间内建立系统应用模型，然后，对初始原型系统进行编辑程序，再与网页相连接,然后将两者放在Apache服务器下,运行,不断修改，直到形成客户满意的可行系统。

Abstract
In the modern information explosive society .the information technology and the network technology and the communication technology and the multimedia technology have extend to every filed.
Based on the applying principles of registering system on line. And equipped with the technologies of computer multimedia and network programmers, the paper discusses and illustrates that long-range registering system on line on Brower/Sever .The system on line uses the web as the conversational platform. And web technology is based on HTTP technology. Compared with the traditional client and client/sever pattern, it has many advantages, such as the consistency of users interfaces, the installments of software, the easy escalation maintenance and a good possible extension.
The development of registering on-line system mainly includes web service process design, client web design and the arrangement of Apache.
In the process development, we firstly found the system applied model, then program the original prototype and connect in with the Dream wearer web. Finally, we place both under the apache service to run, perform and revise continuously until they form the feasible system satisfying the customers.
