【内容摘要】

混凝土泵PLC控制系统设计(Q=40m3/h,L=250m)混凝土泵是一种在现代化建设中越来越被广泛应用的工程机械之一。它主要用于建筑施工中将混凝土连续均匀地泵送到混凝土浇灌地点,并确保混凝土的浇灌质量,提高施工效率,减轻劳动强度。这种泵在建造高层建筑、高架公路、桥梁、堤坝及地下工程等方面,均已显示出它突出的优越性,成为现代建筑施工中不可缺少的机器。本设计是基于对HBT40A型混凝土泵的液压系统进行分析的基础上,设计出安全合理的PLC控制系统。在设计中采用了西门子S7-200型PLC作为控制器,并用STEP7-Micro/WIN进行模拟控制,同时,本设计也对人机交互界面和系统诊断做了一些分析,希望能够从中找出操作更简捷、反应更灵敏及系统错误更少、诊断更精确、界面更友好、更人性化、智能化的系统。关键词:混凝土泵;工程机械; PLC控制;系统
The Design of PLC Control System of Concrete Pump
(Q = 40m3 / h , L = 250m)
Abstract
Concrete pump is a kind of construction machinery which is widely used in modernization construction. It is mainly used in construction when concrete is evenly and continuously pumped to the pouring sites, and to ensure the quality of pumping concrete, improve the construction efficiency and reduce the labor intensity . The pump has shown its outstanding advantages in building high-rise buildings, elevated highway, bridges, dams and underground engineering etc, and it is becoming an indispensable modern construction machinery. Based on the analysis of HBT40A type concrete pump hydraulic system , a safe and reasonable PLC control system is designed, which adopts the Siemens S7-200 PLC as the controller,and uses the Micro/WIN STEP7 to carry out the simulation experiment. At the same time, Some analysis on man-machine interface and system diagnose are carried out , in order to find the more simple operation, more sensitive and less errors’ system, also, the system could diagnose more accurate and with the more friendly interface, fulfill humanization, intelligent.
