本设计是针对我省柑橘采后的商品化处理落后而设计的柑橘选果机，此选果机根据尺寸大小不同的柑橘落入对应孔径的选果筒而设计，该机具有结构简单，分级精确等特点。该选果机由输送系统和分级系统组成，柑橘经自动输送机运送到分级机构上，随着选果筒的转动而向前滚动，以此经过不同级别的选果筒，从而实现不同大小柑橘的分类。其输送系统动力由电动机经过减速器减速后提供，而分级系统动力由电动机经过变速箱变速后提供。关键词：选果机，输送系统，分级系统，选果筒，减速器，变速箱。
The design of the orange vertical selecting fruit machine
ABSTRACT
The design is for the behindhand commercial disposal of orange in my province. This choice selected fruit machine was designed according to the different sizes of the orange dropping in the relative aperture, which has a simple structure, precise classification and some other beneficial character. The selected fruit machine consists of conveying system and grading system. The oranges are transferred to the grader by the automatic conveyor and then roll forword through the different levels of select canisters. Thus the oranges can be divided into different types of size. Its transportation system power is offered by the electromotor supplied after the reducer, and rating systems’ power is offered by electromotor supplied after the gear-box.
