【内容摘要】

在本论文里,作者主要介绍熔模铸造技术,分析蜡模制备装置的现状。JZ402型自动起型机减速机构是熔模铸造压蜡机的重要部件。本课题结合该机构的性能要求进行分析,由于传动比较大,传动方案采用了三级传动,第一二级传动为直齿圆柱齿轮减速,第三级传动为蜗轮蜗杆传动。本次设计主要包括电机的选取,高低速齿轮及轴的设计,蜗轮、蜗杆的设计计算等。本次设计还附有一定量的图纸,外文翻译等。关键词:熔模铸造;齿轮;减速器;蜗轮蜗杆
Abstract
The investment Casting Technology is introduced in this paper. The status of wax-mode device is analyzed. JZ402 automatic deceleration is an important component of the investment casting wax machine. It is analyzed, combined with the performance of the agencies. Transmission being big, we choose three levels. The first and the second are spur gear reducer. The third is worm drive. Choosing motor, designing high-low gear and shaft and design calculation of the turbine worm are main content in this paper. In addition, there are some drawings and asked in the paper.
