章介绍了湘阴县食品加工企业的包装现状以及绿色包装的发展障碍。绿色包装是绿色物流的重要组成部分，绿色物流是可持续发展的一个重要环节。湘阴县作为一个食品加工大县，其产品远销国内外。由于绿色壁垒的存在，绿色包装成为湘阴县走国际化路线的必然选择。重点针对包装材料、过度包装、废弃物回收等方面提出了推动湘阴县绿色包装发展的一些措施。政府积极完善制度引导和扶植企业，企业及时响应政府的号召，加强自身建设，提高环保意识，包装标志实施绿色化，实现包装再设计，积极采用绿色环保包装材料，同时注意加强人才的培养。以绿色包装为出发点，可以降低企业的物流成本，创造巨大的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。

ABSTRACT：The present packaging situation of the food process enterprises in XiangYin county and the development barrier of the greeen packaging were introduced. Green packaging is part of green logistics, and green logistics is an important link for sustainable development .As a food process county, the products in XiangYin are selling to not only internal but also external. However, green hinder exists widely, green packaging is the certain choice for XiangYin to compete in the international trade marketing. Some measures had been told to improve the development of green packaging in packaging material,over packaging and recycle.They were the points. The government should take measure to guide and help the enterprises, such as making laws and some policies. And, the enterprises should respond. So, they can strengthen self-construction, raise environmental awareness, make the packing mark “greener”, redesign the food package, adopt the greener material.And,education and talented persons are needed. With the efforts, it can reduce enterprise cost and improve the enterprise’s image. It’s a good way to create economic , social and zoology benefits.
