现今我国物流总体水平并不发达，而且信息化程度也存在一定的不足，这些都在制约我国现代物流的发展。就目前来看，我国的物流业行发展正在起步发展的阶段。快递是物流的一部分， 快递业从它的诞生到现在的繁荣经历着许许多多的转变和改革。其中邮政EMS从上世纪90年代末期开始，邮政快递业务发展势头逐渐减慢，市场占有率不断下降，市场竞争力减弱，在市场竞争中越来越处于不利地位。湖南邮政EMS就是如此，虽然目前形势有所好转，但不容乐观，其他快递业给湖南邮政EMS带来的竞争与压力。本文通过SWOT分析和与其他快递业的对比分析了邮政EMS在湖南发展存在的问题以及找到解决问题的对策建议。[关键词]快递业 邮政EMS SWOT分析
