网络团购是近几年零售业领域出现的消费新模式，是网络和传统团购相结合的产物，可以为消费者带来实实在在的优惠，也可以为商家带来新的商机。网络团购作为一种新兴的网络购物方式已成为今年最流行的一种购物形式。但随着网络团购火爆的同时，缺乏行业规范、欺诈门、维权难等各种问题也随之而来，给网络团购行业的健康发展造成很大的危机，同时也损害了广大消费者的切身利益。本文简要介绍了网络团购的含义、模式等基本内容，结合各种调查数据，阐述了我国的网络团购的现状及未来展望，在此基础上分析了网络团购模式存在的问题，并提出了相应的发展对策，希望可以站在全局的角度上给我国的团购网站一些警醒作用，使网络团购可以更理性的发展壮大，避免空中楼阁式的畸形。也希望可以通过团购模式协调消费者、团购网、经销商，最终实现“三赢”。

Abstract
In recent years the network group buys is the expense new pattern which the retail trade domain appears,is product which the network and the traditional group buy unify,may bring the solid preferential benefit for the consumer,may also bring the new opportunity for the business. The network group buys the achievement one emerging network shopping way to become this year the most popular one kind of shopping form. Buys irritable at the same time along with the network group,lacks the profession standard,the cheat gate,the maintenance right difficultly and so on each kind of question to be also following,buys the profession for the network group the healthy development to create the very big crisis,simultaneously has also harmed the general consumer's vital interest.
