中小企业流动资金不足的原因及对策

流动资金是企业资金中最具活力的组成部分，是企业机体的血液，其触角几乎可以延伸到企业生产经营的各个方面。中小企业在流动资金协调性管理供需两方面都存在问题，一方面流动资金供给渠道狭窄；另一方面对现金、应收账款、成本费用及存货等方面缺乏科学合理的管理，资金占用量增加。因此，研究中小企业流动资金供给与需求的协调性影响因素，分析资金紧张的成因，提出解决方案，对增加流动资金的供给与需求并从实质上解决流动资金紧缺具有重要的理论和现实意义。
文章通过对中小企业的界定，流动资金的管理，以及资金对企业发展的重要性，展开了进一步的研究，并结合中小企业在融资和应收账款的管理等方面分析造成企业资金紧张的成因；针对流动资金不足的成因提出相应的解决办法，缓解中小企业的资金压力，为其生产经营活动的顺利进行提供对策。

SMEs lack of liquidity and Countermeasures
Abstract
Liquidity is an enterprise fund in the most dynamic component of the blood of the body corporate， its tentacles can extent to almost all aspects of production and operation. China’s SMEs in the coordination of liquidity managenent of both supply and demand problem ， on the one hand the supply of liquidity narrow channels; the other hand ，cash， accounts receivable，and inventory costs such as lack of scientific and rational management，ffinancial footprint increase. Therefore， the study need of SMEs in the supply of liquidity and coordination factors，analysis of the causes of financial stress and put forward solutions to increase liquidity on the supply and demand and to cope with the liquidity shortage from the essence of great theoretical and practical significance.
In this paper，the definition of SMEs， working capital management， and development of SMEs and the trend of introducing the transformation of SMEs in China and the importance of funding for enterprise development. Combination of small and medium enterprise in the financing and accounts receivable management aspects of the causes of tension enterprises fund; for the causes of insufficient liquidity put forward the corresponding solutions to ease the financial of SMEs，their production operations to provide smooth countermeasures
