企业集团财务控制问题及其对策摘要随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和不断完善，企业集团在国民经济中扮演着日益重要的角色。其中集团内部财务控制问题，一直是困扰各类企业集团内部管理的一大难题。介于此，首先本文立足我国现阶段企业集团财务控制状况，在阐明企业集团、财务控制、企业集团财务控制基本理论的基础上，总结了企业集团财务控制的作用。其次，对企业集团财务控制存在的问题进行了综合的分析，并提出了相应的对策。最后，在此基础上对具体案例进行了分析，并提出了相应的建议。
