中小企业引进ERP进行预算控制存在问题与对策研究摘要随着ERP的不断深入发展，它对企业的硬件资源和软件资源产生了深刻的影响。它不但为企业带来巨大的利益，同时也深刻影响着企业的财务控制工作。经过十几年的发展, ERP 被国内外众多企业广泛采用,并成为企业信息整合与业务流程重组的主要驱动力之一。然而，与大型企业相比，中小型企业在网络安全方面通常面临的问题是预算不足，因此其对于安全性的要求往往是相同甚至更高。 中小企业在实施ERP系统的过程中,由于认识不正确或认识不足,面临着巨大的实施风险。针对中小企业在实施ERP系统过程中常见的一些风险,并通过归纳总结,对预防避免常见性错误提出了相应的对策,希望能对中小企业ERP系统下预算控制的成功有所帮助。

After ten several years development, ERP is widely used by the domestic and foreign numerous enterprises, and becomes the enterprise information conformity and operation flow reorganization main driving influences one. However, compares with the Major industry, the Small and medium-sized enterprise the question which usually faces in the network security aspect budgets the insufficiency, therefore it often is the same is even higher regarding the secure request. The small and medium-sized enterprise in implements in the ERP system's process, because understanding not correct or understanding insufficiency, is facing the huge implementation risk. In implements in the ERP system process in view of the small and medium-sized enterprise the common some risks, and summarizes through the induction, to prevented avoids common proposing wrongly the corresponding countermeasure, hoped could the budgetary control success have the help to the small and medium-sized enterprise ERP system under.
