摘要哈尔滨商业大学计算机等级考试论坛的设计目的是为在校大学生提供等级考试的信息与资料,提供交流学习心得的平台，实现学生交流计算机知识的学习方法和心得，实现网上答疑和问题讨论。论坛主要分为三个模块：文章板块管理模块、用户管理模块和权限管理模块。论坛主要应用ASP和Access数据库等工具开发而成，该设计遵循了软件工程中的软件生命周期法。论坛开发了登录、注册、上传问题、回复问题、问题及回复的显示等模块。通过论坛的使用不仅增进了学习者之间的交流，而且激发了考生自主学习的热情，从而达到提高知识水平的目的。

Abstract
The design purpose of the forum of computer band test of Harbin Business University is to facilitate the undergraduates with information and materials concerning the band test, provide a platform for exchanging learning experience, realize the interchanging of the learning approaches and methods of computer study and achieve online responses to questions and online question discussion. The forum falls into three chunks, namely the article management chunk, user management chunk and the chunk of management of authority limits. The forum is developed mainly applying such instruments as statistic data like ASP and Access. The design is in conformity with software life cycle in software engineering. The software develops such chunks as log in, registration, uploading questions, responding questions, the displaying of questions and the replies and so on. By using the forum, one can not only enhance the exchange between the learners, but also stimulate the enthusiasm of active learning, so as to achieve the goal of uplifting the knowledge proficiency.
