直流电动机无线遥控系统设计摘要本文介绍一种基于AT89S52单片机的无线遥控直流电动机控制电路,该电路采用DF无线数据收发模块遥控电路,实现四路遥控。一个按键控制电动机的启动和停止,一个按键控制电机的正反转,一个控制加速,一个控制减速。直流电动机控制电路采用直流电动机受限单极可逆PWM驱动系统,实现电动机的正反转和转速控制,采用霍尔元件测量转速,使用LED四位一体数码管显示转速,单片机接收到遥控信号后进行声音提示。正文着重给出了软硬件系统的各部分电路,介绍无线遥控电路的原理,89S52的特点,ISD1760的功能和应用,直流电动机控制电路原理,霍尔元件测速原理,数码管显示的应用。该电路设计可靠、功能多、可扩展性强。

Wireless Telecontrol system of DC motor design
Abstract
This thesis introduces a kind of Control Circuit of Wireless Telecontrol DC Motor based on Integrated Circuit AT89S52, which is a Telecontrol Crcuit of DF wireless date transceiver circuit in order to achieve four-way telecontrol. A button controls the start and stop of motor; a key controls the clockwise and reverse of motor, the other two respectively control acceleration and deceleration. DC Motor's Control Circuit adopts the Unipolar Reversible of PWM Drive System to make the clockwise reverse and speed control come true. DC Motor uses the Hall Element to measure speed and adopts LED four-in-one digital tube to display speed. Integrated Circuit will prompt signal when it receives telecontrol signal. The body of this thesis focuses on hardware and software systems of the various parts of the circuit and introduces the principle of the Wireless Telecontrol,the features of 89S52, the function and applications of ISD1760,the principle of DC Motor Control Circuit and the speed principle of Hall Element, LED display application. The design of such circuit is reliable, functional, and strong scalability.
