随着我国社会保障制度逐步完善，老龄人口比重加大，养老保障问题受到越来越多的重视。目前我国的养老方式主要以家庭养老为主。但随着我国计划生育政策特别是城市独生子女政策的运行，使得原有的家庭结构、家庭规模和人们的生活方式有了很大的变化，家庭的养老保障功能日益弱化。在此情形下，与人们的生活密切相关的社区具有独特的人力、物力和区域优势，以社区为依托的居家养老便日渐成为切实可行的养老方式。本文介绍了居家养老的相关概念和理论依据，并通过分析传统的家庭养老和机构养老的弊端，结合xx市经济社会的现状进行了居家养老模式在xx市推广的必要性和可行性分析，分析结果表明依托社区的居家养老模式是适应xx市城市养老服务保障的最佳发展方向。并着重介绍了xx市居家养老的实施情况以及存在的问题，最后提出问题的建议和对策。

The Analysis about Security of the Aged-care at home of the Urban Aged in Guiyang
Abstract
With the development of the social security system in China, the rate of old-aging proportion goes higher, social security for the old is paid more attention than before. At present family supporting is still the main trend in our country. But the executing of family planning especially the Only-one policy changed the original family’s structure、scale and people’s living ways. The functions of family supporting weakened step by step. In this case, community has unique advantages in resource and location. Thus, aged-care at home with community support becomes a feasible way of providing for the old.
The paper introduced the relevant concepts and theory about aged-care at home ,and it start from the current limitations of old-age service models, which points out that China’s family supporting and social pension model are faced severe challenges，and it is also analyzed the necessity and feasibility of home care model was proportioned in Guiyang which combined with Guiyang’s current economic and social status; The result of the study show that the aged-care at home relied on community-based services is the best direction of China’s urban Pension services to develop. And then it concentrated the implementation of aged-care at home and the problems it faced in Guiyang. At last the author gave some advice and proposals to overcome the difficulties about aged-care at home.
