现如今随着全球经济的飞速发展，人们看到了物流对经济发展所作出的贡献，“物流园区”这一名词已慢慢被不少人所熟知及重视。与此同时，产业集群区域也有了逐年增多的趋势，在各种设施设备逐渐完善的情况下，区域内的物流园区规划建设问题就显得更加的重要了。本文从阐述产业集群理论出发，分析产业集群与物流园区之间相辅相成而又相互制约的关系。分析中发现，影响产业集群区域内物流园区建设的因素众多。因此，采取了较为简单的定性与定量相结合的方法，对物流园区规模与数量的规划做出了研究。产业集群区域内合理的物流园区规划可以使企业充分利用资源、减少浪费，从而实现规模经济。这不仅有利于所在产业集群区域的发展，同样对物流产业自身的扩展意义重大。

The Issue Research on the Construction of Logistics Park based on the Industrial Cluster Theory
Abstract
Nowdays, with the rapid growth of global economy, people came to realize that the logistics had made the great contributions to the development of economy. The term“Logistics Park” has gradually gained the popularity among people. Meanwhile,the regions of industrial cluster appears the trend of an annual increase. in the condition that all the facilities are implemented step by step.The issues on planning and construction of logistics park in regions are gaining more and more importance.
The text proceeds from the theory of industrial cluster, analyzing the relation between industrial cluster and logistics park, which are complement each other, but constraint. From the above analysis, the elements that influence the construction of logistics park in industrial clusters are too many aspects. Thus, the research takes the combination with qualitative and quantitative method, which is adopted to the research of the logistics park planning on the scale and quantity.
The reasonable plan for logistics park in the regions of industrial cluster can help the enterprise to make full use of resources and reduce wastesthrough which to realize Economy of Scale. This is not only beneficial for the development of industrial clusters, but pay great importance to expansion of Logistics.
