随着计算机网络的发展和教育信息化工程的全面实施，为了给学校师生创造良好的学习与工作环境,越来越多的学校购置了大量计算机设备并实现了计算机联网。高校机房的快速建设大大改善了教学质量，为了充分利用资源，很多高校的机房在课余时间对学生开放，并适当收取一定的维护管理费用。这同时也不可避免的对高校机房的管理工作带来了诸多的问题。高校计算机机房管理已经成为一个讨论比较多的专题，传统的人工管理模式存在的诸多的弊端，由于传统管理方法的主观性，收费式机房不可避免地存在着帐目混乱，管理困难等问题! 如何高效地利用机房资源，科学地管理机房，具有重要的研究意义。本论文以本学院机房建设现状为研究背景。可根据实际需求进行收费模式以及教学模式的切换。做到了课余计费上机与课时免费上机的转换。系统选用Visual C++ 6.0作为开发工具，用SQL Server 2000建立后台数据库。利用MFC进行前台应用程序的开发，按照数据库设计方法并结合实际情况详细分析设计了系统数据库。

Abstract
With the development of the network and the education information projects, more and more colleges have bought lots of computers and have implemented computer networks to create a good study and working environment for students. The fast building of the computers-room has greatly improved the teaching quality. In order to make full use of resources, students can use computers in their spare time, while colleges charge certain fees for maintaining equipment. It brought a lot of problems to the management of computer rooms.
Colleges’ computer room management has become a hot discussion. Because of the artificial subjective of the traditional management mode managed leads to several problems, like subjective methods; the chaotic accounts and so on. How to effectively use computer-room and scientifically manage them is significant.
The paper is set on the current condition of the practical College .The system can transfer automatically from charge mode to teaching mode, which can realize the conversation between free-time use and class-time use. The system adopts a tool named visual c++6．0，based on SQL Server 2000 database, and it uses MFC for developing the front platform application program. According to the database design methods and actual situation, it designs the system database in detail.
