考试真题自测系统的设计与实现摘要由于考点多、题量大等特点，国家司法考试被誉为全国第一大考，历年来该考试的通过率一直较低。国家司法考试真题自测系统的实现可以帮助考生充分练习、轻松备考，也帮助国家司法考试培训机构降低成本投入、提高培训效率。本自测系统遵循简单安装、便捷使用的原则，不需导入数据库、不要求网络环境。主要功能包括：1）按照国家司法考试大纲的12个部门法和题型分类；2）使用者登录后可以自主选择部门法进行测验；3）系统按照使用者选择的部门法在数据库对应的表中随机抽取题目；4）使用者作答完每一题，系统会告知使用者该题是否回答正确，如错误并给出正确答案；5）使用者完成每次测试后，系统告知使用者本次测试的试题总数及正确率，并根据正确率的区间提示相应鼓励语。本自测系统由VisualBasic.Net语言和MicrosoftAccess数据库共同实现，通过对国家司法考试历年真题的题库进行分类整理，然后导入到MicrosoftAccess数据库，使用VisualBasic.Net语言实现登录、选题、判卷、统计等功能。经过可行性研究、需求分析、系统概要设计、系统详细设计，论文提出了基于本地的国家司法考试真题自测系统的完整解决方案。

The Design and Implement of
the National Judicial Examination Testing System
Abstract
With a low percentage of past, a huge number of examination points and test questions, the National Judicial Examination has been treated as the most difficult national examination in China. And this old-exam-based self-testing system of the National Judicial Examination not only offers sufficient practice to testees, but also lower the cost of training for relevant training institutes in China.
Following the principle of simple installation and easy use, this system works without loading in the database and a network environment as well. Its key functions could be shown as follows:
1) The item pool is categorized in accordance with the outline of the 12 department laws of the National Judicial Examination and its question types;
2) Users can test themselves by choosing the test of any departments laws freely after logging in the system;
3) Types of the tests chosen by the testees would be picked up from the database at random;
4) Whether the testees answer the question correctly would be informed after they finish each question and correct answers would be shown if they miss the key answers
5) When the test is done, the number of the questions and the accuracy of their answers would be informed to the testees, different encouragements and wishes would also be displayed afterwards according to different levels of accuracy.
This system is conducted through the VisualBasic.Net language and the MicrosoftAccess database. Functions like logging-in, test-choosing, answer-correcting, result- analyzing could be realized by using the VisualBasic.Net language before the loading-in of the MicrosoftAccess database and the classification of the item pool of the National Judicial Examination. Based on the feasibility studies, requirements analysis, preliminary design of the system, and detailed design of the system, a complete proposal of the localization of National Judicial Examination Testing System is described in this article.
