基于ansys的桥梁检测车第一节臂架结构设计

【内容摘要】

随着桥梁检测的重要性和专业化的提高,桥梁检测车的诞生使桥梁检测更为方便、快捷和安全。同时,桥梁检测车特殊的多臂架设计、展开过程的多工况位置,为臂架设计带来较多难题。本设计通过对桥梁检测车二、三节臂对于第一节臂的载荷影响分析,并结合目前桥梁检测车第一节臂因展开过程造成的扭转变形过大这一主要问题进行了详细讨论,由此设计的臂架在理论上符合设计要求,同时,本设计通过大型有限元软件ansys对臂架的真实受力情况进行模拟建模,在对其进行的整体受力和变形分析中,得到了理想的结果。

According to the detection duty of the bridge-detection vehicle,this paper uses AutoCAD and Pro/Engineer as the soft of establishing first work arm model,with analyzing and calculating the design of the parameter and structure of work arm of the bridge-detection vehicle. Ansys software can be used as the basis of a valuable work to analyze the stress on the work arm. Finally on the base of  toolbox of the ANSYS ,the model of the work arm is stress analyzed. The stress analyzing  results show that the design is reasonable.  Then an optimization design to its structure has been done which makes this work arm structure more rational, with less materials and on safe to use.
