浅析新形势下农民工政治参与的制约因素及对策摘要农民工是一个较为庞大的群体，在社会的发展中发挥着重要作用，其政治参与的状况将会直接影响到社会的稳定，影响到社会主义和谐社会的构建。但其政治参与受到经济、制度、法律政策、心理等诸多因素的制约，使农民工对政治参与的态度两极化,实际参与政治的行为较少，呈现一种边缘化、非制度化的状态，这将不利于我国社会的进步和民主政治的发展。因此，要改善农民工政治参与状况必须增强物质基础、完善法律制度、拓宽政治参与的渠道，关键是要提高农民的自身素质。

The Restriction Factor and Countermeasure of the Migrant Workers’ Politics Participation under the New Situation
Abstract
Migrant workers are a relatively large group who plays an important role in the social development just as the stability and the construction of a harmonious socialist society. However, their political participation have been restricted by economic, institutional, legal policy, psychology and many other factors, so the present situation of the migrant workers’ political participation showing a state of attitude-polarization, behavior-less, non-center and non-institutionalized, which will be detrimental to the progress and the development of our social and democratic politics. Therefore, the best way to improve the present situation of migrant workers’ political participation will be increasing the material basis, improving the legal system, broadening the participation channels, and the key is to improve the quality of the farmers themselves.
