抛光机器人的结构设计

 

摘  要
本次设计的机器人是抛光机器人,设计核心是蜗轮蜗杆减速器,它的工作原理主要通过蜗轮驱动大臂和小臂,电机直接驱动抛光轮。这样,既克服了以往的机工手不灵活的缺点,又大大地增大机械手的活动范围,抛光机器人采用蜗杆和链传动,利用蜗杆蜗轮的减速装置的同时,又利用蜗杆的自锁性,使机械厂手能够更好的控制抛光时的位置和工作的准确性。为减轻整个机械手的重量,提高机器人的工作效率,机器人的手臂材料主要采用铸造成铝合金,因此,本次设计的抛光机器人具有质量轻,工作平稳,噪音小,活动范围大等特点。

ABSTRACT

The design of the robot is polishing robot, is the core worm gear and worm reducer design and work principle of its main through the worm drive arm and forearm, motor driven directly by polishing wheel. So, the mechanic overcome the shortcomings of hand not flexible manipulator, and greatly increase the scope of activities, polishing robot using worm and worm gear, chain, and the use of locking worm, make better able to control hand machine polishing and location of the accuracy of work. To reduce the weight of the manipulator, improve the working efficiency, robot arm robot by casting alloy material into the design, therefore, the polishing robot has light quality, stable, the noise is small, range, etc.
