多功能健身车的设计


摘  要

健身车运动益处多。不仅可以锻炼身体,还可以燃烧脂肪,受到不少爱美人士的亲睐。健身车运动是有氧运动,可以强化心脏的功能,同时还能防止高血压,有时这比药物更有效。本文运用几何学的知识,结合人机工程学原理,推导出车把,鞍座和中轴相对位置参数的计算公式,查阅相关工具书,把已知数据带入公式中得到位置参数的取值范围。所设计出来的健身车,符合人机工程学原理。本课题所设计的健身车的传动方式采用链传动。与带传动相比,链传动无弹性滑动和打滑现象,因而能保持准确的平均传动比,传动效率较高。链传动结构紧凑,能在高温和速度较低的情况下工作。该健身车既可以脚踩,也可以手摇,克服了传统健身车只能脚踩锻炼下肢肌肉的不足,本车还可通过手摇来达到锻炼上肢的目的。可作为运动员进行体能锻炼的器材,还可作为家庭健身和残疾人康复的设备。

ABSTRACT

 Riding exercycle is good for human-body.It is not only taking exercise,but also burning your  fattiness.So it is popular with the person who would like to dress up themselves. Riding exercycle is a aerobic sport.It can strengthen the function of the heart and prevent high blood pressure.Sometimes the effect is better than medication. The thesis use the geometrical knowledge and the principles of man-machine engineering to educe the formula which express the relative ubiety among the handgrip,the central shaft and the bicycle saddle.Then, refer to the correlative books,write down the data and put them into the formula.So we obtain the numerical value of the positional parameter.It is not a certain number,but a range of the numerical value.Therefore,the exercycle we designed Conforms to the principles of man-machine engineering .It is driving with the chains. This type of driving has its merits. Compared with the cingulum driving,there aren’t elastic skids and slips with this driving quomodo. Thus it can maintain the accurate average driving ratio, the transmission efficiency is high too. The structure of the chain driving is compact.It can works in the high temperature and the low speed situation.With considering the load added to human-body in bicycle-riding posture and the ergonomics problems, designed a multi-functional exercycle. People not only drive it with feet, but also with arms. Using the former exercycle, people only can exercise leg force. With using multi-functional exercycle, People can exercise arms force. So it can be the athletes’ exercise equipment with body energy. It also can be family ‘exercise equipment and disabled‘s Rehabilitation equipment.
