汽车4S店是一种以“四位一体”为核心的汽车特许经营模式，其是通过品牌专营店的形式树立企业和产品形象的服务行业。建立汽车4S店的网站，不仅能够实现网上订购将大大提高交易速度节约交易成本，更是使得服务快捷、方便、简单使客户足不出户就能得到全方位的服务，节省客户时间，在客户心中树立更好的形象。
本文首先介绍了汽车4S店网站的现状及开发背景，然后论述了系统的开发目的、可行性研究、需求分析，通过前期的分析进行了总体设计、详细设计及系统功能使用等完成了整个网站的设计与实现，最后，对网上4S店系统进行了系统测试。在网站中，实现了商品详细资料的查询、商品的订购及服务的预约等功能，会员还可得到由网站发送到其电子邮箱的回复。客户可以很方便的注册成为会员进行会员留言等功能。
在设计方面，本网站运用ASP.NET技术与ASP.NET AJAX技术进行了动态可局部刷新的网页设计，运用了C#语言进行编码，后台数据库使用SQL Server 2005数据库，采用B/S三层架构模式实现哈尔滨奥迪汽车4S店网站。

In the website, has realized the commodity detailed material inquiry, commodity order and service functions and so on appointment, the member may also obtain from the website transmits to its email address's reply. In the design aspect, this website technology carried on using the ASP.NET technology and ASP.NET the AJAX dynamic has been possible the partial refurbishing homepage design, utilized the C# language to carry on the code, the backstage database uses SQL the Server 2005 databases, used the B/S three construction patterns to realize the Harbin Audi Automobile 4S Shop website.
