提高我国农业风险控制能力的金融支持政策研究

摘要

农业风险管理和农业风险控制能力的提高都离不开金融支持，从西方国家的经验来看，金融支持下的风险管理方式包括农业保险、灾害救济、农产品期货、农产品价格保护等，这样对农业生产各个环节的主要风险都提供保障，从而较好地保护了农业生产者的利益。而我国现行的农村金融体系的金融支农力度不够，无法满足农业风险管理的要求，结合中国的国情，吸取国外的经验与教训，我们可以总结出一些适合我国农村需要的农业风险管理手段，为此根据我国的农村金融以及农业风险管理的现状，提出了农村金融改革的一些具体方案，并对我国风险控制的表现以及存在的问题进行着重的分析，力求从中找出我国风险控制能力低下的原因，进而提出一点政策建议。
