乳制品企业社会责任与可持续发展的研究——以伊利集团为例
三鹿奶粉安全事件发生以后，国家质检部门相继在二十多家乳制品企业的奶制产品抽检中检出三聚氰胺，而伊利、蒙牛等国内大品牌也赫然列于问题榜上。数十家企业、数千吨问题奶粉下架、召回，涉及婴幼儿救治、索赔，都直接波及乳制品全行业。中国乳制品企业因而面临着一场前所未有的信任危机。而随着经济全球化进程的加快，企业履行社会责任在社会上已成为众所瞩目的重要话题，而且是企业不得不正视的问题。乳制品企业必须正确认识和承担起自己的社会责任，处理好企业与社会、环境的关系。如能承担社会责任，与社会保持良好的互动，企业则有长期生存下去的优势以及持续发展的竞争力。本文主要分析了企业的社会责任问题，阐述了承担社会责任和企业可持续发展间的辩证关系，得出的基本观点是企业要持续发展必须履行企业社会责任。通过伊利集团的企业社会责任研究和我国的情况提出了乳制品企业可持续发展的社会责任培育与落实方法。

With Salu milk powder safety incident happened, the national quality inspection department detected more than 20 dairy enterprises and found out melamine in milk product sampling, and Yili、Mengniu and other large domestic big brands are also listed in the issues list. Dozens of companies, thousands of tons of milk powder under the frame problem, recalled, involving infants and young children for treatment, claimed, directly affecting the entire dairy industry. China's dairy companies are faced with an unprecedented crisis of confidence. With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities in society; public attention has become an important topic, but is forced to face up to problems. Dairy enterprises must correctly understand and assume their social responsibility, deal with business and community environment. Can be committed to social responsibility, and good interact with social, business will have the advantage of long-term viability and competitiveness of sustainable development. This article analyzes the issue of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the dialectical relationship between assume CSR and sustainable development, come to the basic point of view to the sustainable development of enterprises must carry out CSR. Through the analysis of Yili CSR research and the situation of China's dairy companies, has the social responsibility of sustainable development and implementation of methods of cultivation.
