企业核心能力研究- 以比亚迪为例
近年来，随着中国经济的快速发展，国内企业也得到了初步的资本积累与发展。但是，企业如何发展核心技术、培育核心能力，迎接未来全球范围内的挑战，成为当前企业实践的一大难点。本文正是基于企业实践的需要，以企业核心能力理论为支撑，通过对比亚迪这一案例的实证研究，期望能对企业发展核心能力，延续企业生命力方面提供一定的借鉴与帮助。

【Abstract】In recent years, with rapid economic development, Chinese private enterprises have been the initial development and capital accumulation. However, the companies are still lack of the development of their own core technology and core competencies. And this article is based on the needs of the practice, through the research that about BYD core competencies. And hope to provide some help and reference to cultivate core competence.
