基于.NET的企业人力资源管理信息系统开发
本文阐述.net下的管理信息系统的开发过程。以人力资源管理信息系统为实例，结合软件工程开发流程的瀑布模型，采用Ｂ／Ｓ三层架构，探讨分析.net框架下开发管理信息系统应用软件的过程以及方法。在前言部分主要是关于人力资源的基础概念知识和其所要完成的基本任务，据此作为在后面第二部分系统开发中分析系统功能模块的基础。在开发部分，会涉及到对开发方法和技巧的探讨，并通过与传统的一些开发平台的比较，以突出．NET平台对于开发人力资源ＭＩＳ系统的巨大优势。最后，是系统的布置和维护中的操作和问题。

【Abstract】What will the article discuss is the development process of MIS(Management Iformation System) base on ．NET. Take human resources Management Information System as example , combining with the Waterfall Model of developing technological process of Software Engineering , adopt B/S three layers of frame , analysis The net develops Management Information System application software process and method under the frame. In the part of the Development to realize the functions in every module, some exploitation method and developing artifice will be discussed ,and some differences will be listed compared by some other develop platforms to show the Advantage of .NET framework. At the last,there is something important about how to carry out the system and how to solve the problems we always meet.
