企业财务风险探讨

摘  要

企业的财务风险是指在各项财务活动过程中,由于各种难以预料或控制的因素影响,财务状况具有不确定性,从而使企业有蒙受损失的可能性。在市场经济条件下,财务风险是客观存在的,要完全消除风险及其影响是不现实的。但只要了解风险的来源和特征,正确预测、衡量财务风险,进行适当的控制和防范,健全风险管理机制,就可能将损失降至最低程度,为企业创造最大的收益。
本文主要依据财务管理和风险管理理论，运用经济学理论知识，利用国内外现有成果，采用定性和定量相结合的分析方法，从企业财务风险的概念入手，剖析其存在的问题和成因，为企业有效地防范财务风险提出了相应的对策和建议。

Abstract

Enterprise's financial risk is in the process of financial activities, due to various factors is difficult to anticipate or control the impact of the financial situation of uncertainty, so that enterprises have suffered losses. In a market economy, the financial risk is an objective to completely eliminate the risk and its impact is not realistic. But as long as the source and characteristics of risks, and correct prediction, measure the financial risks, appropriate control and prevention, improve the risk management mechanism, it is possible to minimize the losses for the enterprises to create the maximum benefit.
This article is based mainly on the finance management and risk management theory and economic theory of knowledge, the use of existing results, both qualitative and quantitative combination methods of analysis, from the concept of corporate financial risks, analyzes the existent problem and causes for the effective enterprise guard against financial risks presented the countermeasures and suggestions.
