探析我国商业银行社会责任

摘 要

在企业承担社会责任越来越受到人们关注的今天，商业银行因其在社会经济生活所处的特殊地位，在承担社会责任方面相对于其它工商企业有着更为重要的意义。深入了解商业银行承担的社会责任，充分认识我国商业银行在承担社会责任方面的现状与不足，并在此基础上加以改进，不仅对商业银行自身的完善与成功有益，而且对我国呼吁的可持续发展与和谐社会建设也有重大的推动作用。
通过本文我们可以看到我国商业银行在履行社会责任方面还存在一定的不足，为了使我国商业银行更好的履行社会责任我们需要法律、政府、社会以及商业银行自身的联合推动。

A tentative study of social responsibility of Chinese commercial banks
Abstract
   Nowadays as corporate social responsibility get more and more attention, comparing with other industrial and commercial enterprises commercial banks have a special position in undertaking corporate social responsibility because of their special position in the social and economical life. Therefore understanding the social responsibility of commercial banks thoroughly, understanding current conditions and deficiency of our commercial banks in undertaking corporate social responsibility fully and then making some improvement on those bases will be useful to the improvement and success of commercial banks and impelling Sustainable development and construction of Harmonious Society in China.
   We could see the deficiency of commercial banks in understanding the social responsibility though this article. In order to impel our commercial banks fulfill their social responsibility better, we need the joint promotion of laws, government, society and commercial banks.

 通过本课题，我们可以很清楚的看到我国商业银行作为特殊的企业所应承担的不一样的责任，这些信息可以使我国的商业银行对自身的责任有一个更明确的认识。其次，本课题还详细说明了商业银行承担社会责任的重大意义，这可以促使银行自身不断走向完善，也对有关部门加强对商业银行承担社会责任的监督有一定的指导意义。再次，本课题介绍了商业银行承担社会责任的运作机理。最后，本课题还针对我国商业银行承担社会责任的应注意的问题提出了一些建议，以期对完善我国商业银行承担社会责任有所裨益。
