创新是打造和提高企业核心竞争力的必然途径

当前，经济全球化不断深入，一方面，促进了生产要素的自由流动，有利于实现资源优化配置；另一方面，经济全球化也造成全球范围内的市场竞争更加惨烈。尤其是加入WTO后，我国企业面临着巨大的经济冲击。所以，我国企业只有抓住机遇，勇于迎接挑战，努力打造和提高企业核心竞争力，才能在竞争中立于不败之地。
文章旨在对企业核心竞争力进行初步探讨，鼓励我国企业把握自身资源优势，不断学习，不断创新以打造和提高企业核心竞争力。在总结前人有关企业核心竞争力相关理论分析和实践经验的基础上，通过分析我国企业核心竞争力的现状和存在的问题、以及创新的重要意义，针对存在的问题，从营造宽松、融洽的组织文化氛围，提高企业技术创新能力，创建学习型组织，建立科学的企业组织架构，培养创新型的企业家几方面，结合我国国情提出以创新打造和提高我国企业核心竞争力的对策。

ABSTRACT

Currently, with the develepment of economic globalization, on one hand, It promote the free flow of factors of production to achieve optimal allocation of resources, On the other hand, the competition become more deadly in the worldwide market. Especially , China’s enterprises are facing the huge impact of economic after entered the WTO. Therefore, our country’s enterprises should seize the opportunity and challenge, build and improve the core competence, then to win in the competition.
The paper’s aim is to discuss enterprises’ core competence , and encourage Chinese enterprises to grasp own resources’ advantage and build and improve the core competence by constant learning and innovation. The relevant theoretical analysis of core competence are summarized on the basis of the practical experience. Through the analysis of the core competence of Chinese enterprises’ status and existing problems, and the significance of innovation, we suggested our enterprises build comfortable, harmonious organization culture atmosphere, improve enterprise technology innovation ability, establish the learning organization, establish the scientific enterprise organization structure, cultivate innovative entrepreneurs, etc. Considing China's national condition, we can build and improve our enterprises’ core competence by innovation.
