行业利润及形成机理的比较研究

摘    要
行业利润分析的目的是让投资者能更好地了解各行业的获利水平如何，便于投资者作全面的投资分析，结合行业结构、行业生命周期各阶段的特点及投资策略等，展开行业的投资分析；本文选取了6个主要行业中有代表性公司为例进行行业的利润形成和经营环境的比较研究。这6个行业分别是银行业、保险业、商品流通业、施工业、房地产业、旅游饮食业；主要内容是研究该6个行业目前的环境经营状况，以及对所选公司在2006年、2007年、2008年这三年的净利润增长率、主营业务收入增长率、盈利能力的对比分析，从而推测行业的发展趋势。投资者可据此进行行业资产配置，将有限的资金集中配置在相对价值更高的行业，可以取得较高的回报，同时也为政府部门及其他机构提供决策依据。
