移动BOSS帐务管理子系统分析与设计

随着我国电信行业市场竞争的日趋激烈，运营支撑系统越来越受到电信运营商的青睐。本文首先简单介绍了中国移动业务运营支撑系统的发展现状以及存在的问题，在了解业务运营支撑系统体系结构、业务模型及目标的基础上，重点描述了基于河南移动BOSS 3.0项目的帐务管理子系统的分析与设计。结合项目的实践经验和3G网络时代的业务特点，论述了3G网络环境下业务运营支撑系统应具备的能力，并对3G业务运营支撑系统的建设思路和原则进行了探讨。

Abstract
With market competition of China's telecom industry becomes increasingly fierce，business & operation support system is more and more popular of telecom operators. This paper simply introduces the development situation and existing problems of China Mobile business & operation support system firstly. On the basis of understanding the structure，the business model and the target of business & operation support system, mainly describes the analysis and design of Accounting Management Subsystem which based on the BOSS 3.0 project of China Mobile HeNan branch. Combined with the practice of project experience and the business characteristics of 3G network, discusses what ability the business & operation support system should have under the 3G network environment，and the construction ideas and principles of 3G business & operation support system were discussed.
