基于投资者角度的上市公司财务分析比较——以中国联通和网宿科技为例
摘要:本文为投资者进行上市公司的财务分析探讨了基本方法，主要是通过对上市公司的经营状况，通过财务报表反映出来，分析和研究财务信息和统计报表。本文选出了通信服务行业的两只个股中国联通600050和网宿科技300017为对象为投资者进行偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力、成长能力等的基本分析，并指出这当中的局限。从而为投资者指明研究上市公司的基本步骤及方法。

Abstract: This article carried on to be listed for the investor the financial analysis to discuss the essential method, mainly was through to be listed's management condition, reflected through the financial report form, analysis and research finance information and statistical report form.This article has selected correspondence service industry two stock China Unicom (600050) and the China Net Center (300017) to carry on the debt redemption ability, transport business ability, profit ability, growth ability for the object for the investor and so on the basic analysis, and points out in the middle of this the limitation.Thus indicates research to be listed for the investor the basic step and the method.
