球形手柄塑料模具设计及加工过程的动画演示(pro-e)

摘  要

此论文在第一章绪论中主要介绍了塑料模具现阶段的发展状况，在现代模具设计中采用了大量的新技术，新工艺和新材料。模具设计已经成为一种综合型技术。还简单的介绍了塑料的一般成份及塑料的一些特性。还介绍了注射模具的主要组成部件（如定模板、动模板、复位杆、顶杆、导柱等）及模板的材料选择。

    第二章第一节中写的是塑料的注塑成型工艺，包括塑料的注塑成型工艺、注塑成型参数的选择（温度、压力和时间）。第二节介绍的是塑料制品的设计及设计中应考虑的因素。塑料制品设计的主要内容包括塑料制品的几何形状、尺寸精度和表面质量。

    在第三章塑料模具的设计中介绍了塑料模具设计的基础知识包括：注射模具的分类、注射模具与注射机的关系（基本技术参数和选用注射成型机时基本工艺参数的校核）、浇注系统的设计（主流道，分流道、浇口的类型等）、成型零件的结构设计（模具分型面的选择和凹模、凸模、型芯的设计及组合形式）。后三节是由三个零件的注射模具的设计过程。每个零件的设计步骤一般由产品分析及零件选择、塑件几何特性分析、注射成型机的选择、注射成型机参数的校核、浇注系统的设计、成型零件的机构设计、成型零件的尺寸、加热冷却装置的设计及模具的零件等组成。

    第四章介绍了三维设计的一般过程、Unigraphics的建模以及球形手柄塑料模具设计的三维设计。

Still introduced to inject the mould to constitute the material choice between parts( if settle the template, move the template, reply a pole, crest pole and lead pillar etc.) and template primarily.
It write in a section an is a plastics to note the plastics mould the craft, including the plastics note the plastics mould the work craft, note the choice that plastics mould parameter.( Temperature, pressure with time) an introductive is a plastics system design and designs of the article inside should the factor of the consideration. The main contents that plastics ware design includes the plastics ware of several why shape, size accuracy with surface quantity.
Introduced in the design of a plastics mould the foundation knowledge of the plastics mould design include: Note inject the classification of the mould and inject the mould with the relation that inject machine( basic technique parameter with choose to use to inject to mould The school core of the basic craft in hour in machine parameter), sprinkle the design that note the system( main current way, the cent flows a way, sprinkle Type etc.), Mould the construction design of the spare parts( the mould divides the choice of the type with the cave mould, convex mould, type of design and combination form).Empress three the section be injected by three spare parts the design process of the mould makes .The design step of each spare parts is general to be analyzed by product and the spare parts choice, the piece of plastics is several why the characteristic analyzes and note inject the choice that mould the machine, inject the school core that mould the machine parameter, sprinkle the design that note the system and mould the spare parts The organization design, mould the size of the spare parts and heat the design of the cooling device and the spare parts of the mould etc.
