摘要:进入二十一世纪,市场竞争环境发生了快速变化,消费者需求更趋于多样化,个性化。传统的企业管理模式正在经历着严峻的挑战。准时制生产方式就在这个背景下得到了世界范围的广泛应用。本文主要针对JIT在我国企业应用过程中存在的三个比较突出的问题(人员素质、供应商、库存管理)进行原因的分析,并探讨我国企业如何进行改进的对策,实现JIT在我国的“本土化”接轨,为我国的企业管理注入新的活力。

Analysis the Application of the Just In Time in Our Country


Abstract:To enterprise the market environment has changed fastespecially in the 21st century. The demands of customer are becoming varied. The old style of business management now is facing strong challenges. The just-in-time mode of production has been used widely in the world, especially in the developed country. In this article I will analysis the reasons of the three outstanding problem of JIT when it is used in our country (Personnel quality , supplier , stock control),and also discuss the ways how to improve  the JIT of our country in order to make  it  the most useful tool in the enterprise managerial procedure.
