包装论文：代木纸托盘结构设计

摘  要

本文从现在的托盘使用情况入手，分析了我国国内木托盘面临的主要问题。从而发现代木纸托盘以节省木材，质量较轻，回收利用率高，便于设计加工制作，清洁无纸屑末的优点慢慢取代现阶段的木质托盘现状。 
代木纸托盘的性能取决于其结构的差异。此次设计针对的承载物是出口洗衣机，来确定其流通环境和防护要求。流通环境主要针对的是海上运输环节，所以本设计的试验也必须基于海上运输环境因素。 
设计从整体到局部，确定纸托盘整体的结构框架，然后分别设计局部构件。面板主要采用蜂窝板质轻、抗压、抗震性能好，还可完全循环使用，是一种新型的以纸代木的环保材料。再设计三种方案脚垫块，通过试验比较并选择三种方案脚垫块，再将三种方案中的综合性能最突出的脚垫块组装成整体托盘并检测托盘性能能否达到出口洗衣机的要求。可以看到代木纸托盘的未来发展情况与市场前景。
