圆筒形零件强制润滑拉伸液体压力的研究
摘要
   本文介绍的圆筒形零件强制润滑拉深的特种加工方法,强制润滑拉深是20世纪初的的一种软膜成形技术。航空、航天和汽车工业等领域使用条件的特殊性对工件材料、性能、精度要求更加苛刻,传统的板材加工技术难以满足要求。强制润滑拉深成形技术就是顺应这种需求而发展起来的一种先进的柔性塑性加工工艺。因其工艺柔性高、制件质量好、生产成本低等优点成为铝镁合金等低塑性、难成形轻质材料板材零件提高成形极限、减少成形道次的有效途经之一。随着成形设备和相关控制技术的发展,板材液压成形在许多其它工业领域引起人们的广泛重视,应用前景十分广阔。
    本文中对普通拉深进行大概了解,对拉深强制润滑拉深,尤其强制润滑拉深中的液体压强方面进行重点的研究,通过拉深力、板材强度和厚度、拉深系数和相对工件直径这些方面进行分析。
    本文对强润滑拉深技术的研究在实际生产中具有一定的指导意义,同时对强制润滑拉深的研究也提出了一个新的方向,对于后续的实验设计和更全面的强制润滑拉深过程的分析奠定了基础,同时实也为后期实验验证提供了必要的理论论证的条件。

    The paper introduces a cylindrical parts forced lubrication of deep processing method, forced lubrication special deep at the beginning of the 20th century is a kind of soft film forming technology. Aviation, aerospace, and auto industries using conditions of the particularity of the workpiece material, performance and accuracy is more demanding, traditional plate processing technology to meet requirements. Forced lubrication deep drawing technology is complied with the requirements and development of an advanced flexible plastic processing. Because of its high product quality, flexible process and production cost advantages such as aluminum alloys, low plasticity forming such lightweight materials plate forming limit and reduce parts increase of the forming of effective approach. As forming equipment and related control technology development, the sheet forming in many other hydraulic industrial fields caused the people's attention, application prospects.
Based on deep understanding on average, probably in forced lubrication, especially forced lubrication deep deep in the liquid pressure on research, through deep drawing force, strength and thickness, drawing coefficient and relative diameter workpiece in these aspects.
    Based on the deep strong lubrication technology research in the actual production of certain guiding significance for forced lubrication, deep research also puts forward a new direction, to the design of experiments and subsequent more comprehensive forced lubrication deep drawing process analysis, and lays the foundation for the late firm also experiment provided the necessary theoretical arguments.
