对平衡计分卡在民营企业中应用的探讨

摘  要：近年来，我国民营企业发展迅猛，在社会经济发展进程中的作用日益突出，但许多民营企业仍存在人才、管理等方面的不足。对于如何建立科学高效的绩效管理体系，从而实现企业的经营目标和发展战略，已成为民营企业关注的热点和难点。
本文针对民营企业绩效管理方面的问题，提出平衡计分卡的管理方法，从四个角度全面反映企业各指标。采取理论研究与实际调查相结合，阐述我国民营企业实施平衡计分卡的现状及存在问题，探索适合我国民营企业特点的绩效管理模式，并提出针对性的措施，以帮助民营企业在实施中更好地运用。

On the Balanced Scorecard Application
 in Private Enterprises are Discussed

Abstract：In recent years, Chinese private enterprise is developing rapidly. But many private enterprise still exist talent shortage, management etc. How to establish scientific and efficient performance management system, so as to achieve the business objectives and development strategy, and has become the focus in private enterprises.
   This article in view of the private enterprise performance management problems, puts forward the BSC methods. Take theory research and investigation, the paper combines the BSC in private enterprises, with the present situation and existing problems to explore accord with the private enterprise characteristics of management mode, and puts forward the specific measures to help private enterprise in better use.
