金属离子抗菌保鲜膜的制备及其保鲜性能的研究


摘  要

本文对金属银,锌,铜离子的抗菌性能进行了研究,并通过离子交换法制备了抗菌性能良好的载银沸石抗菌剂。以LDPE为基材,载银沸石为抗菌剂,针对改善薄膜的抗菌性能,制备了不同添加量的抗菌PE保鲜膜。根据薄膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、透光率、雾度、透氧率和透湿量,分析不同添加量的载银沸石对薄膜基本性能的影响。并用抗菌膜对草莓进行包装,研究其在常温条件下对草莓的保鲜效果。
结果表明:银、锌、铜离子中,抗菌性能最好的为银离子。在研究薄膜抗菌性能的试验中,抗菌剂的添加量为5%时,薄膜的抗菌率可达到65.9%。随着载银抗菌剂添加量的增加,薄膜机械性能和光学性能有所降低,透气性能有所改善。抗菌剂的添加量为5%时,既满足抗菌要求,又达到了包装用薄膜对各项基本性能的要求。通过对保鲜试验的草莓进行呼吸强度、失重率、Vc含量和感官评分的测定,用抗菌膜包装的草莓的保鲜效果优于对照组。抗菌膜有效降低了草莓的呼吸强度和腐烂率,有效的保持了草莓的硬度,挺高了其货架寿命。

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the antibacterial properties of silver ion, zinc ion and copper ion were studied. Silver loaded zeolite antimicrobial was prepared via ion exchange method. LDPE material was used as a substrate and the silverloaded zeolite as antimicrobial agent to improve the antibacterial property of PE film. Various properties of fresh-keeping films were examined, such as tensile strength, elongation at break, transparence, haze, manometric gas permeability and vapor permeability. And the quality of strawberry packed with the film and stored at normal temperature was investigated.
The results showed that silver ion have the best artibacterial property among the metal ions. When the content of antibacterial agent is 5%, the antibacterial rate against escherichiacoil reaches to 65.9%. From the practical appliance point of view, 5 percent of addition can meet the requirement of anti-bacterial, and will not improve the product cost too much.In addition, the antibacterial agent can reduce the mechanical properties and optical properties of film. Packed with antimicrobial fresh-keeping film, can reduce postharvest strawberry ‘s respiration rate and decay rate, keep its firmness and increase its storability effectively.
