球形手柄塑料注塑模具设计
摘要
本课题针对球形手柄进行该产品的模具设计，通过对塑件进行工艺分析和比较，最终设计出一副注塑模。从产品结构工艺性和模具结构出发，对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、分型面的选择、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的分析设计说明。通过完成该课题设计，熟悉了塑料模具设计的一般方法和流程，较好的完成了任务，实现了无纸化设计。
此次设计就是在PRO/E平台上对注塑模具设计及动画演示。在设计过程中，通过了解和掌握注塑模具材料及设计的有关知识，主要完成了模具的工作零件、成型零件、导向零件和装配零件的设计，并利用PRO/E软件三维造型及工作过程的动画设计。
通过设计，不仅掌握了注塑模具的基本设计过程和设计要领，并了解        了注塑模具的成型原理，以及PRO/E软件的实体建模、装配建模、制图基础、工作过程动画设计等各个环节的基本操作规则。
