摘要
本课题针对球形手柄进行该产品的模具设计,通过对塑件进行工艺分析和比较,最终设计出一副注塑模。从产品结构工艺性和模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、分型面的选择、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的分析设计说明。通过完成该课题设计,熟悉了塑料模具设计的一般方法和流程,较好的完成了任务,实现了无纸化设计。
此次设计就是在PRO/E平台上对注塑模具设计及动画演示。在设计过程中,通过了解和掌握注塑模具材料及设计的有关知识,主要完成了模具的工作零件、成型零件、导向零件和装配零件的设计,并利用PRO/E软件三维造型及工作过程的动画设计。
通过设计,不仅掌握了注塑模具的基本设计过程和设计要领,并了解        了注塑模具的成型原理,以及PRO/E软件的实体建模、装配建模、制图基础、工作过程动画设计等各个环节的基本操作规则。
