名人的名誉侵权问题之探讨
内容摘要：本文从分析名人名誉权侵权问题的现状入手,结合笔者对该问题的理解与认识,进一步阐释了名誉权的概念，并采用案例分析的方法总结名人名誉权侵权的表现形式及其特点，文章最后对产生这一现状的原因和解决这一问题的可行性措施进行了深入的探究。

Abstract: This article further explains the concept of the right of reputation by taking the analysis of celebrity’s infringement problem of the right of reputation as the point of departure, and combining the author’s understanding and cognition about this problem. And it adopts the method of case analysis to summarize expressing form and features of this infringement phenomenon. Finally, it probes into the causes and possible solving actions of this phenomenon. Keywords: celebrity right of reputation infringement responsibility
名人即杰出的或引人注目的人物 ，其言行举止都受到社会各界的关注，对社会的发展具有一定程度的影响力。近年来在中国，名人起诉媒体报道不实、个人言论失真的名誉权侵权案件屡见不鲜。在过去，由于各方面条件的限制，当名人的名誉权遭到侵犯时，其中不少人名人选择沉默；而如今，随着社会各方面的全面发展与进步，越来越多的名人选择拿起法律武器来维护自己的合法权益，维护自己的人格尊严。
