青少年酒精成瘾与人格特质的研究进展

摘要：青少年酒精成瘾带来的社会问题已不容忽视，青少年越来越高的饮酒比例也凸显了这一社会隐患。通过研究对于青少年酒精成瘾的影响因素，并由此分析得知在人格特质对于青少年在酒精成瘾与测测研究中，低伤害回避和高感觉寻求与酒精成瘾高相关；在对酒精成瘾治疗结果预测中，精神病倾向和持续性则为最显著的影响因素；而在家庭环境影响因素中，除了感觉寻求具有遗传性，大多数与酒精成瘾相关人格特质怀疑是成瘾后习得，而非家族影响。本文系统的归纳了以人格特质为主的心理因素对青少年酒精成瘾所造成的影响。 并提出希望针对人格特质与酒精戒断结果之间关系的研究，在未来的研究方向中注重开拓针对不同人群展开不同手段的戒断治疗，并针对国内现状狠抓青少年酒精成瘾预防的普及教育推广，从而更好的服务社会。

Abstract: The teenagers’ problem of alcoholism is a social problem that can not neglect. And the most important thing is to study the formation and treatment of alcoholism. Among all the impact factors which are related to alcoholism, personalities and the family circumstance are the most significant. This article pays more attention in analyzing the impact factors of alcoholism, the influence of alcoholism to teenagers, and how the psychological factors affect the result of abstinence treatment. And sums up how the impact factors, mainly contains personalities, lead to teenagers’ alcoholism. After all, come up with the suggestions of focusing on different personalities refer to different treatment results, in order to get better outcome.
