我国乳品上市公司外部融资能力研究

摘    要
乳品行业是我国的朝阳产业之一，在未来的五到十年内具有良好的发展前景，乳品行业为了提升自身的竞争力，获取更多的市场份额，从而在未来的发展中得到更高的回报，需要大规模的资金投入。而我国的公司大多采取外部融资的方法来获取资金。通过对影响我国乳品上市公司外部融资能力的评价指标体系的构建，评价体系指标数据的获得，评价指标体系权值的确定与分析进行研究，通过这些因素建立一个可靠的评价体系，对我国乳品上市公司进行评价，从而发掘出最具潜力和投资价值的公司，以及提出乳品上市公司提升自身外部融资能力的建议与融资策略。

Abstract
The dairy industry is one of the sunrise industry in China in the next five to ten years, and has a good prospect in the dairy industry in order to enhance competitiveness, and get more market share, and in the future development of higher returns, large-scale capital investment. And our company mostly adopt external financing methods to obtain funds. Based on the impact of listed companies in dairy external finance, ability by these factors to establish a reliable evaluation system of our country, the listed company to dairy, excavated the potential value of investment and the company, and proposes the dairy listed companies to improve their ability of external financing advice.
