载银无机抗菌粉体的制备——在陶瓷包装材料中的应用

 

摘 要

本课题主要研究纳米磷酸三钙载银抗菌粉体的制备、抗菌性能、及其在陶瓷材料中的应用。
以磷酸三钙为载体,经砂磨获得纳米粒径,再加入不同含量AgNO3、经100℃干燥碾磨,制得抗菌粉体。
通过对抗菌粉体的粒度、X射线衍射的结构表征、耐高温试验、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)测定,分析讨论了粒度、银离子含量、煅烧温度等对抗菌效果的影响。实验结果表明:加入10%的六偏磷酸钠,研磨1h,平均粒径为98nm的磷酸三钙,引入银离子量为6%时,制得抗菌剂的MIC为31.25ppm,抗菌效果最好。
再以抗菌效果最好的抗菌粉体添加到釉浆中,施于陶瓷釉面,分别经700℃,750℃,800℃煅烧,得到抗菌陶瓷。用抑菌圈法对抗菌陶瓷测定抗菌效果。结果表明:引入抗菌剂含量为10%的陶瓷在750℃下烧成,对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径达5mm,抗菌效果很好,且不影响釉面质量。

ABSTRACT
The preparation, antibacterial property and application in ceramic of silver-containing nano-tribasic phosphate of lime tricalcium phosphate were primarily investigated.
Antibacterial powders were fabricted by using tribasic phosphate of lime tricalcium phosphate as a carrier ,obtaining nano-particles after sand grind ,then adding AgNO3 with various content and being milled at 100℃.
The effect on antibacterial property ,caused by size of particle,content of silverions, calcining temperatur and so on, was discussed by the determination of antibacterial powders'size, X-ray diffraction(XRD),the test of hot-resistant and study of minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC). Experimental results show that antibacterial powders with MIC 32.25ppm have the best antibacterial property , which were parpared via after 1h grind tribasic phosphate of lime tricalcium phosphate with average particle size of 98nm, containing ten percent of sodium hexametaphosphate and then adding six percent of silverions.
Antibacterial powders with the best antibacterial property were added in the glaze slip and ceramic glaze was coated by glaze slip. Antibacterial ceramic was fabricted under 750℃ and 800℃heat treatment.The results indicate that the introduction of antibacterial agents in ceramics for 10 percent under the firing of the 750 ℃ has the Antibacterial circle diameter of 5 mm for E. coli. They have the best antibacterial property and glaze quality is not affected.
